Papers Preparation
All materials submitted to MEDAI'26 Conference must be original, unpublished research that is not currently under review for any other conference or journal. Papers not following these guidelines may be rejected without review. Also, submissions received after the due date, exceeding the length limit, or not appropriately structured may also not be considered.
Full papers must be in English and submitted in PDF format. Each paper must be up to 10 pages.

Peer Review Process
The conference will check plagiarism for all articles before publication. If plagiarism is observed by the scientific committee,peer reviewers, or staff members at any stage of the publication process,the author will be informed to rewrite the manuscript.
If the submitted original manuscript is more than 20% plagiarized, the article will be rejected, and the same will be notified to the author.
Paper content (unpublished work) must be original and relevant to one of the many conference topics.
The acceptance decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical depth, elegance, and practical and theoretical impact.
Each paper will be reviewed by two SC members.
The acceptance decisions will take into account originality, practical & theoretical impact, and paper presentation.
Changes cannot be made during the review process. If accepted, minor revisions may be made prior to final submission.

All materials submitted for presentation to MEDAI'26 Conference must adhere to the following conditions:
Originality
Each submission must be original work. It must not have been previously published elsewhere nor be currently under review for publication in any other forum.
Author Responsibility
The authors bear full responsibility for the content of their submissions. This includes ensuring the originality of the submitted work and compliance with these conditions.
Copyright Form
Copyright Form
Authors of accepted papers must sign the Springer copyright form License to Publish. Authors will be asked to transfer the copyright of the paper to Springer. This will ensure the widest possible protection and dissemination of information under copyright laws.

To submit a full paper, please follow these steps:
1 . Log in to EasyChair for MedAI 2026 Platform EasyChair
2 . Go to New Submission.
3 . Fill in the required submission information and proceed with the submission process.
4 . After submitting the paper, you will receive a confirmation email.
5 . The final decision and reviewers’ comments will be communicated by email.
